Not only have I been a consultant for the better part of a decade, I also reached the top of the compensation plan in under 4 years. As of 2020, I have more than doubled the minimum requirements to have built my business from the bottom to the top twice. (Basically, If I would have joined in the Fall of 2015, I would have still promoted to the top of the company in 4 years.)
